Commercial Doors, Frames and Hardware

Commercial Door Systems (CDS) is located in the Northwest metro area of the Twin Cities in Corcoran, MN. We have 30 employees working in two buildings totaling over 25,000 square feet of operating and warehouse space. We have been supplying commercial doors, frames and hardware throughout Minnesota and the United States since 1993.

We have employees who are members of DHI, Door and Hardware Institute, the professional association for our industry. This keeps us engaged in trends, best practices and advanced education. We are a distributor for Ceco Door, the world’s leading manufacturer of commercial steel doors and frames, and have earned Ceco Door Supplier Awards.

Full Range of Products

CDS offers a complete line of wood doors and frames, metal doors and frames, and architectural grade hardware for the commercial market. We can supply any type of commercial project from one or two openings to large office buildings. We also offer restroom accessories (grab bars, mirrors, dispensers, etc.) and restroom partitions.

We specialize in custom frame fabrication. Our warehouse inventory and on-site wood and metal shops allow us the capability to provide customized products with quick lead times. We know the value of keeping a project on schedule.

We stock non-standard size hollow metal frame material for varying appearances and wall thicknesses, including:
1-inch face 1 ¼-inch face 1 ½-inch face standard 2-inch face.

Plus, material for wall thicknesses from 3 ¾ inches to 7 ¾ inches with quick access to additional sizes.

Special Services

In addition to supplying doors, frames and hardware, we have a service technician in the field to do repairs, modifications, and installations. We also have a locksmith on staff for keying and other hardware needs.

We also provide palletized delivery with a 3,500-pound, seven-foot lift gate on our truck. You don’t have to worry about looking at a semi full of doors to be unloaded by hand at the job site.
